- Booking Procedure
To make a booking, please email your request to holidays@omanair.com or complete and submit the relevant electronic form associated with the offer. Alternatively, you may contact your local Oman Air office or book directly through our website.

Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and entry permit / visa for the destination included in the holiday package. The client must also carry the voucher issued by Oman Air as confirmation of the booked and paid services. Hotels and service providers reserve the right to refuse bookings without the proper voucher documentation.
- Prices
All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. any price increase notified before the travel date must be paid by the client. Should the client find the increase unacceptable, they may cancel the booking; however, the cancellation will be subject to the terms and condition outlined. all applicable charges must be paid by the client.
- Cancellation and amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the specific booking, terms and conditions will be communicated with the client prior to the confirmation of any service.
All cancellations of confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing to Oman Air
For bookings eligible for a refund, payments made via credit card will incur a 5% deduction to cover credit card processing fees and administrative service charges. In addition, any applicable cancellation charges related to air tickets, if included in the package, will be applied.
Bookings classified as non-refundable and bookings made during peak periods are strictly non-refundable.
Non-refundable Deposits:
Bookings that require non-refundable deposits will be clearly communicated with the client prior to confirmation. These deposits will not be returned under any circumstances
Force Majeure: Oman Air shall not be held liable for cancellations or amendments due to events beyond the control of Oman Air (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics). In such cases, refunds or amendments will be subject to the terms set by our suppliers, including airlines and hotels
It is the client’s responsibility to review and accept the cancellation and amendment terms before confirming any booking. By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to these terms.
Oman Air is not responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred due to cancellations or amendments, including but not limited to third-party provider fees, non-refundable deposits, or travel-related expenses.

Amendment or Alteration of Booking (Days Before Departure)
Any amendments or changes to confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing to Oman Air prior to the travel period to avoid no-show charges.
- Complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately to Oman Air.complaints or requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Oman Air within 48 hours of your return.
Unused services that were part of the prepaid package are non-refundable.
- Conditions of Travel
Clients are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of the hotel or resort where they are staying. Clients must verify flight and check-in times for the package and ensure all terms are thoroughly read, understood, and accepted.
